Samarth Metallurgicals (Started in the year 1995) along with its group company Samarth Foundry Services Private Limited (Started in the year 2002) specializes in manufacture of premium quality resin coated sand under brand name SAMARTH COATED SAND. Different grades designed for various applications are presently being used by reputed foundries in western, southern and northern parts of India.
EXPERTISE :
Design and manufacture of SAMARTH COATED SAND is backed by expertise in the field of foundry technology, PF resins and minerals for past eighteen years. The technical team at SAMARTH identifies specific requirements of foundries for core making and moulding using resin coated sand, then translates them into basic features of SAMARTH COATED SAND and accordingly designs the specifications of SAMARTH COATED SAND to ensure that the foundry gets the best out of resin coated sand application.
MATERIAL RESOURCES :
SAMARTH uses high quality base silica sand / quartz, PF novolac resins and hardener from internationally reputed manufacturers. This helps us to maintain consistency in the SAMARTH COATED SAND and ensures continual improvement in product specifications, thus resulting into a product which is far more superior as compared to other brands of resin coated sand.
QUALITY SYSTEM :
Samarth Metallurgicals was awarded ISO 9002:1994 certification in May 2000. Subsequently both manufacturing units have been accredited ISO 9001:2000 (with design) in july 2003. The Quality Assurance and Design departments form the backbone of the consistent quality of SAMARTH COATED SAND and the group enjoys confidence of more than 50 reputed foundries including more than 10 QS9000/TS16949 accredited foundries in addition to about 30 ISO 9001 accredited foundries.
PRODUCTION CAPACITY :
The group is equipped with semiautomatic sand processing and coating facility that can produce 15,000 MT of SAMARTH COATED SAND per annum. Considering growing demand of foundry industry the capacity expansion to 25,000 MT per annum will be completed by April 2005.
